Responsibilities
- Travel to field sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and validate robotics systems.
- Diagnose electro-mechanical failures across robot subsystems.
- Execute repairs and part replacements to return robots to operational status.
- Own fleet upgrades and repairs across deployed platforms.
- Perform structured failure analysis and triage to identify top drivers of downtime.
- Partner with design, reliability, and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions.
- Maintain service readiness and contribute to continuous improvement of service workflows.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical systems.
- Proven understanding of electro-mechanical system architecture and fault isolation.
- Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Experience applying DFM/DFA principles for manufacturability and serviceability feedback.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams.
- Willingness to travel and support off-hours/urgent escalations as needed.
