Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of robotic fleets, tracking locations and performance metrics.
- Manage assembly of prototype robots, optimizing production with in-house and outsourced strategies.
- Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure high standards of performance and reliability.
- Oversee teleoperation processes for effective data collection and operational smoothness.
- Develop comprehensive support plans for deployed systems, including maintenance and client interaction.
- Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team to execute operational strategies.
- Establish long-term strategic plans and develop systems in a 0->1 environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in robotics operations or fleet management.
- Proven experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Background in teleoperations and remote robotic support systems preferred.
