Responsibilities
- Lead new data center product designs integrating technological advancements.
- Oversee data center product controls systems strategies, design, and support.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to optimize new product designs.
- Develop prefabricated manufactured solutions and component offerings.
- Research and analyze new technologies for long-term strategy development.
- Partner with Site Selection team for site due diligence and planning.
- Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to provide feedback and track progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years in engineering, design, or R&D for mission-critical systems.
- Cross-disciplinary knowledge of data center technical systems.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Experience managing large projects and teams.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and building codes for cooling systems.
