Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional core team across hardware, software, and other departments.
- Own the program schedule from pre-concept to launch, managing key milestones.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program.
- Proactively identify and resolve critical program risks/issues.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Establish best practices and key performance indicators for success.
- Communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager in consumer electronics.
- Experience in process definition/improvements and program management.
- Strong team leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
