Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental and applied research to advance embodied artificial intelligence.
- Invent/improve data-driven paradigms for robotics using various modalities.
- Investigate behaviors from simulated characters to real robots.
- Develop algorithms based on machine learning and neural network methodologies.
- Define, build, and benchmark new AI functionalities.
- Conduct research towards long-term product goals and identify milestones.
- Lead and execute novel research aligned with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
- PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in robotics research areas.
- Proven track record in achieving significant results in machine learning and robotics.
- 5+ years of industry experience preferred in relevant research areas.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and Python.
- Experience working with robot simulations and real-world hardware.
