Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of mixed-signal electrical systems and circuits for medical devices.
- Develop detailed specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead technical project planning, establishing timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor team members and drive projects from concept through commercialization.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering, software development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 6 years of experience.
- Deep experience in mixed-signal board design and electrical signals fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Proficiency in using lab test equipment for system integration and testing.
- Experience with high-voltage systems and familiarity with medical equipment regulations.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Strong influencing skills and interest in new technologies.
