Responsibilities
- Develop and execute validation strategies for manufacturing changes.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Adapt machine or equipment design to production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
- Inspect machinery and tools for efficiency and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on design concepts and specifications for equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Minitab.
- Familiarity with statistics and ability to analyze data and write technical reports.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management experience.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing and process validation preferred.
