Responsibilities
- Attend daily tier meetings with core team members.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Lead and facilitate Quality Walks with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards.
- Design inspection and testing mechanisms; conduct quality assurance tests.
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field.
- 0+ years of work experience.
- Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Minitab Statistical Software is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Validation experience (IQ, OQ, TMV, PQ) is a plus.
- Ability to meet physical job requirements for the role.
