We are looking for a founding team Mechanical  Engineer. In this leadership role you will build the vision for how we design, engineer, test and deploy all our hardware. Shaping the future of humanoid robotics in the real world.

• Lead the mechanical design of the chassis, ensuring the integration of all mechanical components with the electrical systems in a cohesive and functional manner.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs of the chassis and mechanical parts, taking into consideration load conditions, industrial design, form factor, and durability requirements.
• Fabricate prototypes to evaluate assembly feasibility, range of motion, and wire routing. Conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors to select suppliers, order parts, and oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that the final product meets our high standards.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T and maintain comprehensive documentation of the design process.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software for designing parts with complex geometries.
• Proven track record of designing and building prototypes.
• Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., FEA, MATLAB).
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience with different types of actuators and electromechanical integration (e.g., sensors, motors, motor drivers, wire harnesses, communication buses).
