Avionics Engineer (All Levels)

The role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer at Argo, focusing on designing, developing, integrating, and testing avionics systems for in-space transport vehicles and lunar surface systems.

• Design, develop, build, and test avionics systems for reusable transport spacecraft
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and testing of avionics and electrical systems
• Drive rapid execution and iteration efforts for quick deployment of hardware
• Foster technical excellence and ownership within the Avionics engineering team
• Design avionics systems meeting company and mission goals
• Negotiate requirements and provide alternative solutions
• Conduct design reviews, test readiness reviews, and flight readiness reviews

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline
• 3+ years of experience in designing complex electrical and/or control systems for harsh environments
• Flexibility in direction under changing circumstances
• Track record of delivering excellent technical products
• Experience managing analysis products and incorporating feedback into design
