Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Conduct electrical analysis and various reliability assessments.
- Perform functional and environmental testing on hardware, including writing test plans and reports.
- Manage projects by defining customer requirements, developing schedules, and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with a small team to tackle engineering challenges.
- Work independently on open-ended projects with a strong sense of ownership.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on large projects.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
- Experience in high-reliability electrical systems in aerospace or space sectors is desirable but not mandatory.
