Responsibilities
- Design analog and digital circuits, including requirements development and PCB layout.
- Conduct functional and environmental tests on hardware, including writing test plans and reports.
- Manage projects by developing requirements, schedules, and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with customers to define project needs and implement solutions.
- Work independently on large, open-ended projects.
- Assess failures during testing and recommend solutions.
- Participate in a small team to tackle engineering challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person.
- Experience in high reliability electrical systems in aerospace is desirable but not mandatory.
