INTERN, QUALITY ENGINEERING

The intern will execute continuous improvement projects within the Manufacturing, Inspection, and Quality Engineering departments to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Execute continuous improvement projects.
• Create a project charter.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop lean work cells.
• Automate manual transactional processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or presentation tools.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and work collaboratively.
• Must meet export control compliance requirements.
