Responsibilities
- Manage and build a team of engineers focused on complex sub-systems, co-processors, and SOCs.
- Develop methodologies and infrastructure addressing evolving semiconductor technology challenges.
- Collaborate with architecture, SOCs, software, firmware, and program management teams for plan development and execution.
- Provide technical mentoring to team members.
- Engage in efforts to improve methodologies, techniques, and automation.
- Own schedules and report progress metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in SoC development.
- Proven leadership and management experience with large engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in SoC architecture, design, verification, and validation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management and resource planning.
