Responsibilities
- Learn product-based package projects from concept through development, prototyping, qualification, and volume production release.
- Engage in package substrate design and perform layout review using APD.
- Understand the basic process of FCBGA assembly and substrate fabrication.
- Apply engineering knowledge to develop new packages and improve yield.
- Provide direction to suppliers on program requirements and milestones.
- Support major new revenue-generating programs for Marvell.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in mechanical, material science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Expected to graduate within 1.5 years.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Semiconductor package related experience is a plus.
- Basic semiconductor package knowledge.
