Responsibilities
- Learn product-based package projects from concept through development and production release.
- Engage in package substrate design and layout review using APD.
- Understand the FCBGA assembly and substrate fabrication processes.
- Apply engineering knowledge to develop new packages and improve yield.
- Provide direction to suppliers on program requirements and milestones.
- Support major revenue-generating programs for Marvell.
- Collaborate within the package engineering team to drive innovation.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in mechanical, material science, chemical engineering, or related fields.
- Expected to graduate within 1.5 years.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Semiconductor package-related experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor packages.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
