Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance of instrument equipment with the Mechanical Integrity program.
- Utilize reliability tools and CMMS software to improve reliability of rotating equipment systems.
- Support the Instrumentation reliability improvement program and manage equipment upgrades.
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and training for maintenance crafts and operators.
- Participate in safety audits and lead incident investigations.
- Develop and manage MOCs and turnaround work lists for critical equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of instrumentation-related experience in heavy industry.
- Experience in industrial plant maintenance and reliability functions.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to wear PPE and perform physical tasks on-site.
- Clean and valid driver’s license; must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to support a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime as needed.
