Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance of instrument equipment with the Mechanical Integrity program.
  • Utilize reliability tools and CMMS software to improve reliability of rotating equipment systems.
  • Support the Instrumentation reliability improvement program and manage vendor interactions.
  • Analyze equipment failure and condition monitoring data for reliability improvements.
  • Oversee maintenance/repairs completed internally and at vendors.
  • Participate in safety audits and lead incident investigations.
  • Develop and review turnaround work lists and scopes for critical equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
  • Minimum of 3 years of instrumentation-related experience in refining or petrochemical industries.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and comply with safety regulations.
  • Clean and valid driver’s license; legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Preferred experience with Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and software related to instrumentation.
