Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance of instrument equipment with the Mechanical Integrity program.
  • Utilize reliability tools and CMMS software to improve the reliability of rotating equipment systems.
  • Support the Instrumentation reliability improvement program and manage vendor interactions.
  • Analyze equipment failure and condition monitoring data for reliability improvements.
  • Participate in safety audits and lead incident investigations.
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
  • Minimum of 3 years of instrumentation-related experience in refining or petrochemical industries.
  • Experience in industrial plant maintenance and reliability functions.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks in the field and meet safety requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Preferred: More than 4 years of experience and familiarity with Instrument management software.
