Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with the Mechanical Integrity program and develop ITPM plans.
- Utilize reliability tools and software to improve electrical equipment reliability.
- Support the Electrical reliability improvement program and manage equipment upgrades.
- Analyze equipment failure data to improve reliability and cost of operation.
- Provide technical expertise and training for maintenance and operators.
- Participate in safety audits and lead incident investigations.
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance or Engineering.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and comply with safety regulations.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without future VISA sponsorship.
