Responsibilities
- Design and develop thermal systems including pumped loops and heat exchangers.
- Conduct research and ideation for new product concepts.
- Build and test prototypes in a laboratory setting.
- Perform analytical calculations and simulations (CFD and FEA).
- Interface directly with customers to understand their requirements.
- Write proposals for new projects and technologies.
- Lead individual projects from conception to production.
Job Requirements
- BSME or MSME degree required.
- US Citizenship due to ITAR regulations.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Hands-on laboratory testing experience.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience with data acquisition systems (LabVIEW preferred).
- Familiarity with CFD/FEA modeling tools (ANSYS/FLUENT) is a plus.
