Responsibilities
- Develop electronic control equipment for thermal control and energy conversion applications.
- Design, layout (using Altium), fabricate, and test printed circuit boards.
- Program microcontrollers for various equipment.
- Develop all electronics from PCB to mechanical equipment, including starting circuits and wire harnesses.
- Design lab test instrumentation for concept evaluation.
- Utilize tools such as Labview, C/C++, LTSPICE, and MATLAB for modeling and validation.
- Ensure compliance with US Government ITAR program restrictions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Prior experience as a technician is advantageous.
- Experience programming various microcontrollers and interfacing with peripherals.
- Familiarity with common microcontroller communication protocols.
- Knowledge of electronic components and power supplies.
- Proficiency in schematics and layouts.
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred.
