Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the manufacturing roadmap to support revenue growth.
- Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary manufacturing team.

- Experience in regulated fields like Aerospace or Medical Devices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
