Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for wiring harness change management and integration activities.
- Review and process engineering change requests while collaborating with engineering teams.
- Develop rework plans for wiring harnesses affected by design changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all change orders in the relevant systems.
- Monitor and report on rework activities to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee integration of wiring harness changes into production workflows.
- Ensure electrical documentation is updated and aligns with design updates.
Job Requirements
- Experience in change management and integration in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Understanding of wiring harness design and production processes.
- Proficiency with wiring harness systems and software tools, preferably CATIA 3DX.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
