Responsibilities
- Manage programs across General Assembly and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
- Define program scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Monitor program costs and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of efforts.
- Lead meetings focused on resolving issues related to manufacturing equipment design and installation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required.
- 8+ years of experience in GA Engineering/Project Management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes in complex environments.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge across multiple functions within product design and manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
