Responsibilities
- Lead the vehicle product development from conceptual design to market introduction.
- Drive accurate capture of product targets and align with marketing and sales teams.
- Manage technical product descriptions and ensure timely development of features.
- Oversee vehicle financial activities, including budgets and resource allocation.
- Align build configurations and review vehicle test plans for production readiness.
- Evaluate design and engineering decisions to prevent schedule and budget gaps.
- Report program performance to the executive team weekly and identify key risks.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership or program management.
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver projects on time.
- Experience in automotive hardware development, including integration and validation.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and project management principles.
- Proficient in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
