Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, NPI, and PM to source potential Contract Manufacturers.
- Create RFQs and analyze quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts for parts pricing and tooling costs.
- Manage supplier development and timelines for prototype builds.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and handle commercial issues.
- Perform supplier assessments and drive process improvements.
- Travel 15-25% to conduct business reviews with suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering in PCBA manufacturing.
- Knowledge of testing methods for PCBAs.
- Understanding of EE components and manufacturing processes.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, JIRA, Confluence, and ERP systems.
