Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation BMS hardware.
- Drive the electrical design and continuous improvement of BMS components.
- Collaborate on powertrain and vehicle-level integrations across prototype and production phases.
- Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting field issues related to BMS performance.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring BMS products to mass production.
- Develop and enhance critical safety protocols for BMS, ensuring compliance with automotive safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS or safety-critical electronic products in the automotive industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of battery cell behavior and monitoring mechanisms.
- Expertise in functional safety standards and methodologies, including ISO 26262.
- Advanced understanding of electronics components and circuit design for BMS.
- Proficiency with schematic capture tools and PCB layout best practices.
- Experience with lab equipment and rigorous testing and validation standards.
