Responsibilities
- Lead investigation of continuous improvement activities for electro-mechanical systems.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate actions between design, manufacturing, quality, and production teams.
- Identify and implement Design-For-Assembly and cost-saving activities.
- Utilize metrology and laboratory equipment for root cause analysis.
- Write test plans and design test fixtures.
- Follow through on implemented solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in root cause analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with shop tools and prototyping.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, casting).
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with automotive electric propulsion systems.
- Strong data analysis skills and 3D CAD proficiency (CATIA or similar).
