Responsibilities
- Manage a team of advanced manufacturing engineers throughout all stages of capital projects.
- Lead technical efforts in complex equipment engineering development, including feasibility and design reviews.
- Understand manufacturing processes and equipment requirements for Powertrain components.
- Collaborate with disciplines involved in specifying and executing CAPEX equipment.
- Implement engineering solutions on manufacturing equipment based on design changes.
- Report on project deliverables and escalations.
- Utilize 3D modeling and simulations to validate equipment designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Powertrain E-Motor Equipment/Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
- Experience with robotics, automation, and various manufacturing tools and systems.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, DOE, or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
