Responsibilities
- Manage a team of advanced manufacturing engineers through all stages of capital projects.
- Lead technical efforts in complex equipment engineering development including feasibility and design reviews.
- Understand manufacturing processes and equipment requirements for Powertrain components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on specifying and executing CAPEX equipment.
- Implement engineering solutions based on product design changes.
- Report on project deliverables and escalations.
- Utilize 3D modeling and simulations to validate equipment designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Powertrain E-Motor Equipment/Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
- Experience with robotics and automation systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
