Responsibilities
- Work on the heating and cooling of batteries, motors, electronics, and passenger cabin of an EV automobile.
- Design and test components/systems for the vehicle's thermal system.
- Analyze simulation and test data in Python/MATLAB and present actionable insights.
- Develop CAD models to study the packaging impact of thermal components.
- Assist engineers in conducting tests or analyzing data related to thermal systems.
- Help build and test prototype systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master’s program.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Simulink, Matlab, or Python for simulation/model creation and data analysis.
- Some experience using CAD tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
- Familiarity with engineering principles in areas like fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
