Responsibilities
- Develop inspection checklists for prototype builds based on quality issues and data.
- Document and correlate Control Plan data with findings from various quality assessments.
- Assist in facilitating Process FMEAs with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure safe launches of new programs.
- Provide progress updates and feedback communication with senior engineers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to projects.
- Absorb knowledge and grow skills in a supportive environment.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CATIA 3DX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA is a plus.
- Experience with electrical/electronic components is recommended.
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
