Responsibilities
- Develop inspection checklists for prototype builds based on Quality issues, DFMEA, and ECRs.
- Document and correlate Control Plan data with 0MIS, PDI, and LCPA findings.
- Support the design and setup of lab test benches for powertrain failure mode analysis.
- Contribute to expanding root cause analysis capabilities through hands-on experimentation and data collection.
- Assist senior engineers in facilitating Process FMEAs with cross-functional teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe launch of new programs.
- Communicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedback.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CATIA 3DX.
- Interest in experimental design and lab-based diagnostics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA is a plus.
- Participation and leadership in extracurricular automotive teams is a major plus.
