Responsibilities
- Own one or more technical projects related to interior components.
- Apply data-driven decision making and teamwork to solve complex problems.
- Design, create, and test prototype parts to improve existing designs.
- Support engineers in data collection, analysis, and physical part testing.
- Absorb learning and grow skills through hands-on experience.
- Assist with supporting duties like BOM, PLM, and change management.
- Help design solutions using Catia 3DX.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of plastic and metal part manufacturing processes.
- Mechanically oriented mindset with a focus on design and assembly.
- Hands-on experience in making or fixing parts.
- Strong technical communication skills for presentations and supplier interactions.
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Experience in CAD design and related engineering coursework or projects.
- Previous engineering internship experience in product design is a plus.
