Responsibilities
- Lead the Lucid Technology and Innovation Council for collaboration across engineering teams.
- Source, collect, and evaluate emerging technologies and innovation ideas.
- Align technology opportunities with Lucid’s long-term product vision.
- Oversee technology readiness assessments and guide projects to formal adoption.
- Manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with engineering leaders for executive support, funding, and resources.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in automotive new product creation.
- Proven track record in systems engineering and product management.
- Experience in driving new technology development from concept to integration.
- Strong ability to connect customer experience with technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Advanced experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and collaboration with suppliers.
