Responsibilities
- Lead the Lucid Technology and Innovation Council for collaboration across engineering teams.
- Source and evaluate emerging technologies and innovation ideas.
- Align technology opportunities with Lucid’s long-term product vision.
- Oversee technology readiness assessments and guide projects to formal adoption.
- Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with engineering leaders to secure executive support and resources.
- Drive innovation priorities and ensure readiness for future programs.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in automotive new product creation.
- Strong background in systems engineering and product management.
- Proven track record in technology development from concept to integration.
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Advanced experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience collaborating with suppliers.
- BS/BEng or MS/MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
