Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the product portfolio from strategic planning to execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with customers.
- Define product requirements and release plans based on customer feedback.
- Build and present business cases for new product investments.
- Act as a product expert in customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform product strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-7 years of hardware, software, or electro-mechanical product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Material Handling, Automation, or Robotics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong business analytics and relationship management skills.
- Ability to make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
