Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability.
- Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Provide oversight and technical guidance for assembling and testing Test Missile Kits (TMK).
- Perform analysis of test results and prepare evaluation reports on system performance.
- Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
- Attend and present at production status meetings for senior management and customers.
- Maintain MRB certification status.
Job Requirements
- Experience in systems engineering and test planning.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating test results.
- Ability to write technical reports and discrepancy reports.
- Effective communication skills for presentations and meetings.
- Familiarity with production processes and certification standards.
- Technical guidance experience in assembly and testing.
- Ability to work on-site at the Lockheed Martin Space facility.
