Responsibilities
- Create and develop electrical manufacturing work instructions.
- Determine the sequence of build and select/design required tools.
- Solve production problems during the build of mechanical/electrical parts and assemblies.
- Investigate design/manufacturing factors, including equipment or part availability.
- Develop and maintain all assembly documentation.
- Troubleshoot and correct anomalies and discrepant hardware.
- Perform producibility reviews on engineering designs/drawings.
Job Requirements
- Background in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of mechanical/electrical assembly processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues.
- Experience with creating work instructions and documentation.
- Familiarity with design/manufacturing factors affecting producibility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd & 3rd shifts as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interface with program personnel and report status.
