Responsibilities
- Maintain, adjust, isolate, remove, and replace faulty hardware on training systems.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various electronic and computer systems.
- Document all hardware system actions related to malfunctions and repairs.
- Conduct operational checkouts and preventive maintenance using technical manuals.
- Complete maintenance data collection records for associated equipment.
- Train and support subcontractors with technical knowledge.
- Attend meetings and maintain positive relationships with military and civilian personnel.
Job Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in PC-based computer repair and field engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of system operation and design.
- Ability to write and update operating instructions and work instructions.
- Understanding of Maintenance Data Collection (MDC) and CLS metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software commands for fault isolation.
- Must have US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Security + certification is required.
