Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, alterations, material procurement, manufacturing, testing, and acceptance of electrical and electromechanical test systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers and senior leadership.
- Create and update project/process documentation in alignment with project requirements.
- Lead the design, procurement, assembly, testing, and verification of automated test systems.
- Develop hardware requirements for support equipment test systems.
- Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal design teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Support Failure Review Board activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience in both design and testing of electrical hardware.
- 5-9+ years of professional experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
