Responsibilities
- Perform duties as alternate Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) Manager for ER Mission Operations.
- Actively participate in the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP).
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Review and provide input to requirements for ER Mission Operations.
- Support policy, process, and contractual documentation reviews.
- Assist in developing documentation and mitigations for potential mission-impacting issues.
- Collaborate with the FBM team to modernize national defense assets.
Job Requirements
- Experience in defense technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity Management processes.
- Familiarity with Comprehensive Assessment Programs.
- Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and policy reviews.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on mission impact.
- Willingness to work in the office as needed near Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL.
