Responsibilities
- Perform duties of Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) Manager for ER Mission Operations.
- Actively participate in the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP).
- Engage in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Review and provide input to requirements for ER Mission Operations.
- Support policy and process documentation reviews.
- Assist in the development of documentation and mitigations for potential mission-impacting issues.
- Collaborate with the FBM team to deliver new technologies while maintaining technical requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience in project engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of risk management and opportunity assessment.
- Familiarity with comprehensive assessment programs and root cause analysis.
- Ability to review and interpret technical requirements.
- Strong documentation and policy review skills.
- Willingness to work in-office as needed.
- Background in defense or aerospace industries preferred.
