Responsibilities
- Master and maintain proper test conduct and test processes
- Obtain Certified Test Conductor certification
- Learn and understand the Orion spacecraft assembly, integration, and test flow
- Define the test implementation approach
- Write and release test procedures
- Coordinate usage of facility resources, test tooling, and ground support equipment
- Execute floor operations and tests
Job Requirements
- Understanding of test requirements and objectives
- Ability to interface with both internal and NASA customers
- Familiarity with test instrumentation and data acquisition systems
- Capability to support test efforts at various locations
- Willingness to work off-shift and weekends as required
- Knowledge of environmental testing and ground servicing of flight hardware
- Experience with mechanical structures and mechanisms
