Responsibilities
- Develop/analyze/verify subsystem and package/box level requirements
- Support and lead design trade studies for performance and producibility
- Define and document key internal and external interfaces
- Perform compatibility analyses related to interfaces
- Coordinate with customers and contractors to develop test requirements and procedures
- Organize subsystem level technical reviews including TIMs, SRRs, PDRs
- Collaborate with domain experts across subsystems and special disciplines
