Responsibilities
- Ensure design meets technical and design requirements.
- Adhere to Common Integrated Processes and drive process improvement.
- Provide technical mentoring to enhance program performance.
- Design and optimize the IVA for increased performance demands.
- Define testing protocols and interfaces for the IVA.
- Oversee prototype development of the IVA.
- Investigate problems related to the heritage IVA system at Strategic Weapons Facilities.
Job Requirements
- Experience in metal machining and additive machining.
- Knowledge of welding and refractory metals.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and apply technical requirements.
- Experience in strategic weapon systems is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements.
- Technical leadership experience in engineering projects.
