Responsibilities
- Participate in LE2 Design Reviews (SDR, PDR, Technical Interchange Meetings, etc.)
- Review technical information (drawings, models, etc.) and assess impacts on MGSE
- Develop documentation and conduct documentation reviews (FMELs, CDRLs, OD updates, Development Plans, etc.)
- Support LE2 What – Ifs
- Serve as the technical deputy to the MGSE Architect
- Collaborate with the MGSE team to ensure project requirements are met
- Travel periodically to support design reviews
Job Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Understanding of the LE2 program
- Knowledge of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment
- Familiarity with D5 Missile assembly and handling processes
- Experience with generating ROMs or proposals
- Ability to work onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
- Strong documentation and technical review skills
