Responsibilities
- Create and develop test plans with appropriate Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
- Lead efforts with subcontractors to identify potential suppliers for needed hardware and materials.
- Provide technical inputs in required data products, proposals, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and communicate at various program reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, including Navy counterparts, both technical and non-technical.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in structural design.
- Familiarity with developing requirements and designing structural components.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the defense industry or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of test planning and execution processes.
