Responsibilities
- Create and develop test plans with appropriate Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
- Lead efforts with subcontracts to identify potential suppliers for hardware and materials.
- Provide technical inputs for required data products, proposals, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and communicate at various program reviews and meetings.
- Effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, including Navy counterparts.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in developing requirements and designing structural components.
- Familiarity with the development and production lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in collaborating with Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
- Knowledge of test plan creation and execution.
