Responsibilities
- Generating stress analysis technical memorandums and reports to support data packages, peer reviews, and external customer reviews.
- Preparing technical charts and representing the organization in design reviews and outside contracts.
- Supporting static structural test definition, requirements, monitoring, data reduction, and comparison to analysis.
- Understanding and incorporating mechanical and system level requirements into stress analyses.
- Supporting the development of weight-optimized, compliant flightworthy components and structural assemblies.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to meet design criteria and producibility requirements.
- Engaging in various programs and adapting to changing work schedules based on program needs.
Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA.
- 2-15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Passion for engineering and commitment to building systems for national defense.
- Experience in stress analysis and technical reporting.
- Understanding of mechanical, thermal, dynamic, and material requirements.
- Capability to work in a collaborative team environment.
