Mechanical Design Engineer Staff

The role is for a Hardware Engineer on the PrSM team, focusing on supporting proposal efforts, providing accurate cost estimates, and effective project planning.

• Drafting Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals
• Coordinating with proposal teams to meet required timelines
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure estimates cover the scope of effort
• Utilizing past actuals to predict future work and inform estimates
• Supporting proposal efforts across PrSM program increments
• Ensuring accurate cost estimates for project planning
• Contributing to the growth of the team through diverse projects

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Experience in hardware engineering
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with project planning experience
• Motivated and organized individual
• Passion for hardware engineering and proposal efforts
