Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a group of 10+ manufacturing engineers.
- Track process improvement efforts across the shop and identify areas for improvement.
- Aid in root cause analysis and corrective action to reduce defects.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and sites, including production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
- Mentor and coach manufacturing engineers to help them develop their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall production efficiency.
