Responsibilities
- Create and develop manufacturing work instructions.
- Determine the sequence of build and solve production problems.
- Investigate design/manufacturing factors like equipment availability and ease of assembly.
- Develop and maintain all assembly documentation.
- Troubleshoot and correct anomalies in hardware.
- Perform producibility reviews on engineering designs and drawings.
- Interface with program personnel and report project status to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical/Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of production manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience with engineering drawings and as a floor liaison.
- Familiarity with configuration management practices and databases.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and reports.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift.
- Experience with SAP or similar software for generating manufacturing work instructions.
