Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and issuance of technical specifications for supplier-sourced electronics hardware.
- Review requirements from various sources to ensure compliance in hardware design.
- Coordinate with peers and manufacturing to meet program requirements and schedules.
- Ensure accurate and cost-effective engineering designs are delivered.
- Support test and validation activities by supervising test plan development and data interpretation.
- Lead a team in the development of avionics and manage project communications.
- Conduct electronics analysis and lead investigations to address root causes of issues.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in Electrical Engineering focused on ordnance and electronic hardware.
- Proficiency in testing and validation processes.
- Knowledge of component selection and power electronics for aerospace/defense applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate effectively.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Experience with PCB/PWB design and analysis.
- Familiarity with initiation safety requirements and DOD clearance.
