Responsibilities
- Review electrical requirements, schematics, ICDs, and drawings for the guidance set.
- Provide technical support to Supplier Management Teams, including on-site visits.
- Conduct research, root cause investigations, and problem resolution on hardware issues.
- Update and release system and subsystem designs while maintaining configuration control.
- Plan, execute, and analyze lab tests and evaluations of electrical hardware.
- Perform Material Review Board Engineer (MRBE) tasks and participate in Failure Review Board (FRB) actions.
- Document work and maintain data in various tools and report progress to the program Electrical Engineer Lead.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
- Passion for electrical engineering and solving complex technical challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Experience with hardware testing and evaluation.
- Familiarity with configuration control and documentation processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of DoD security requirements.
