Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Electrical / Electronic / Electromechanical (EEE) Parts Engineering technical assignments.
- Oversee the selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of EEE Parts.
- Prepare technical and progress reports, specifications, and analyze test reports.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Work on electrical components like resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits.
- Collaborate with suppliers and government agencies to meet quality and performance requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers on technical development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field with 9+ years of experience.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Engineering preferred.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Familiarity with military specifications and engineering requirements.
- Experience in leading program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR.
- Knowledge of failure analysis and root cause analysis related to EEE parts.
- Understanding of worst-case analysis (WCA) and EEE parts derating.
